Paul Jackson: Chief Engineer

Paul is a title-winning engineer, with names like Danny Watts and Mike Conway behind him his reputation in Formula Renault is undisputed. With Paul’s technical capabilities and Adam’s driving ability they are a two-man team destined for success.

Andrew Kirkaldy: Team Director

Andrew is the team director of CR Scuderia Formula Renault. He races in the FIA
GT Championship and has previously won the British GT Championship in 2005. Andrew has a very strong relationship with Adam and has a massive influence on and off the track.

Tim Mullen: Driver’s Coach

Tim has been Adams driver coach since the beginning of the 2008 season. Together they have struck up a solid understanding of one another and he will be a definite contributing factor to Adams Formula Renault success this year.

Mark Bateman: Race Technician

Mark, Andrew and Paul have worked together since the team began. Mark’s enthusiasm and commitment to turn out a race-winning car along side his extensive knowledge of the Formula Renault 2.0 car is undeniable. When the lights go green and Adam starts racing he knows he’s got the car to take him to the finish line.

Wayne Douglas: Personal Driver Coach & Mentor

Adam has been working with Wayne since the start of his racing in cars. He trained a lot with Adam during 2006 helping him prepare for his conversion from karts to cars. Wayne is part of the ‘triple d’ motorsport group and raced in single seaters, and now is currently one of the top performers in formula Radical.

CRS Team Principal, Chris Niarchos, has been involved in motorsport since 2003 when his company, The Cobra Group plc, first entered the sport as a sponsor and he began his own racing career.
